Day 3 of our 21 Days of Gratitude Challenge, will focus our gratitude on our Struggle. That’s right, we all have one, are going through one, or just finished enduring one. Most of us do not have the luxury of having just ONE struggle. The constant, perpetuating thorn in your side. Sometimes, while going through a personal struggle you are in the midst of just trying to survive. What I had to learn the hard way, was that our Struggles are never about what we are dealing with. It’s not about the Struggle. Stop trying to avoid, circumvent, ignore your struggle. You are robbing yourself of life lesson that most likely be required for your next level (whatever that maybe). Your struggle has chiseled, formed and fashioned who you are today. Yes, today we are grateful for our Struggles. They are the proof that we have something to offer. Only those with a future are worth sharpening and perfecting. Don’t give up! Be thankful for your Struggle as it is tasked for training, developing and building your character!!

1. For the last 6 months list 3 struggles that you have encountered.
2. Can you recognize your ‘STRENGTH’ or the silver lining in any of your struggles? If so, list them out.
3. Save this list and date it. Six months from now you may need to re-visit this list to show you how far you’ve come!
