

Day 15 of our 21 Days of Gratitude will have us appreciate your achievements in the last 11 months. Having a good understanding of what are your personal strengths and weaknesses are critical as you are on your journey of having a complete sphere of gratitude.

1.Start off making a list of Tiny Triumphs – those personal accomplishments or successes.
2.What were the challenges that you overcame for the above items to become an achievement?
3.This list can be segmented into various categories: Family, Finances, Health&Wellness, Spiritual, and/or Relationships.
Often times, we look to others to affirm our greatest or smallest task. Today, own your life and all of your successes in a spirit of gratitude!
